Would like to get a refund for my order?
Dissatisfied
Our Product Research Team has exerted a significant amount of time in identifying products that we think our patrons and customers would surely love as these products are manufactured under market demand, currently in trend, or hot items.
We want to ask for your kind understanding that there are a lot of costs involved in a small business, thus, we are giving full responsibility to our patrons and customers to do their due diligence in ensuring that they have researched and Googled the product they are buying online and to not proceed with the order if you think our product is not the one you are looking for or does not meet your needs.
While we understand that you're not happy or satisfied with your item, we're afraid, operation costs have already been expended, thus, we're afraid, we will consider all sales as final and refunds can not be granted.
Digital products: Once your ebook or digital download has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the sale is considered complete and refunds are not available for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with content, format, or personal preference.
Incorrect Item
An incorrect item received constitutes receiving a totally different item as shown on our website.
Example 1 [Will be replaced]: You ordered a Creative Bible ebook and you received a completely different title or file.
Example 2 [Will be replaced]: You ordered one bundle and received a file for an entirely different product.
Example 3 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered an ebook and you feel that the formatting or layout is not what you expected.
As a small business, we always strive in ensuring that the product information posted on our website is exhaustive of what a customer would need to help them decide if they want to proceed with their purchase.
Example 4 [Will NOT be replaced]: You ordered a digital Bible bundle and you feel the translation or version is not what you wanted — please review product descriptions before purchase.
A replacement download or corrected file will be sent to your email. Please send us three screenshots or photos showing the incorrect item or file you received, as it will help us expedite your replacement.
If a replacement is approved, there is no need to return any digital product to us.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
Digital items not received within 30 days of purchase (and no download link received at the email address used at checkout) may be eligible for a free resend or replacement delivery.
If you believe your order was successful but you have not received your download email, please:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Confirm the email address used at checkout was correct.
- Submit a ticket here with your order confirmation or payment reference.
If your payment was processed successfully and we confirm delivery failed on our end, we will resend your digital product at no additional charge.
General Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our digital products. Any defects or errors on our part are eligible for a replacement at no charge within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed from your delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a replacement for issues that were not reported promptly.

- Once an order number has been generated, we will no longer be able to make CHANGES, EDIT or CANCEL the order.
- It is the customer's RESPONSIBILITY to do their due diligence in researching the product(s) they're buying online.
- All our products have gone through a meticulous product selection and extensive Quality Assurance. We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges due to user errors such as accidental purchases or selecting the wrong product.
- Our products are digital ebooks and instant downloads — no physical shipping is involved.
- Advertised images may slightly differ from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Please allow a 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received.
A. Incorrect Quantity & Product Ordered
When placing an order and before making your payment, the customer has the FULL RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that the number of items on their cart and the product they're ordering is both correct. Once an order number has been generated, we will no longer be able to make CHANGE, EDIT or CANCEL the order.
We would like to ask that you make sure everything is in order before making a payment.
B. Exchange / Replacement
We are committed to providing you with affordable digital products without compromising quality, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The digital file is flawed and/or corrupted.
- The product you have received is different from what you have ordered.
- Please submit a ticket with a screenshot of the product or file you received along with detailed information.
- Our Quality Assurance Team will review your submission. If your claim is approved (only applicable to defects or errors on our part), we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
C. Damages and Issues
Please check your download email upon receipt and contact us immediately if the file is defective, corrupted, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Store Currency
Your card will be charged in USD as the default currency. Depending on your card's local currency, your bank or credit card company may apply extra fees, potentially increasing the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank for more information on these fees.
